Immigration Evaluation Service

Immigration Evaluation Service

The Evaluation Process:

Immigration evaluations are conducted online. Each evaluation, requires a stable internet connection and a camera-equipped device, and involves a comprehensive 2-4 hour interview, broken down into two sessions (if necessary). The process yields a detailed psychological report, ranging from 8-20 pages depending on the type of case. The total cost of the evaluation is $1,600, with an $800 deposit needed to schedule your appointment. The balance is due after you and your attorney review the draft report and before receiving the final endorsed copy.

Interpreter Requirements:

Professional interpreters/translators are required to ensure accuracy and impartiality. This is crucial for maintaining the integrity and fairness of the evaluation. Family members are not considered professional interpreters/translators. If you already have an interpreter, they can either be physically with you or join via a video call. If you need us to provide an interpreter, we will handle all aspects of scheduling and ensure that the interpreter is integrated into the video conference for the duration of your evaluation.

Scheduling Your Evaluation:

To initiate scheduling, please fill out the provided form, which usually takes a few hours to complete. Assistance from trusted friends or family is encouraged if necessary. After you’ve submitted your completed form, you’ll receive a link to pay the deposit. Once your payment is confirmed, you will be offered three options for the date and time of your evaluation; select the date and time that works best for you. Reports are typically ready for final review within two weeks post-evaluation. Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.

The more information you provide, the better your chance of a successful application!

Open-ended questions give you the opportunity to explain your specific situation in detail. Providing pertinent and clear information is crucial in identifying any legal areas that may support your case. Please take your time and answer each question as thoroughly as possible, including any details you think might be important for understanding your unique circumstances.
